With over twenty-five years of experience, Amy began her career as a Flex Administrator working with pension and retirement plans creating the personal discipline needed to ensure that administrative procedures and plan documents work together to comply with current IRS regulations. Her ability to help clients develop logical procedures along with a check and balance system provides the parameters needed for employers to achieve and maintain compliance. Amy’s attention to detail and ability to communicate technical information in a simplified manner provides the assurance employers need. After a full compliance review, an employer will be confidently prepared in the event of a Department of Labor audit.
As Account Manager, Amy also adds her expertise in the varied responsibilities needed to effectively manage accounts including new account installation and renewal coordination. These responsibilities include a full market analysis of fully insured as well as self-insured plan options, insurance carrier negotiations, analysis of costs, plan design changes, and develop employee contributions.
