Terri joined HRA Inc as Manager of Claims Administration in 2005. She has over twenty five years of experience in the health claims area. This includes assisting in the opening of a satellite office for EBP Healthplans, a third party administrator for self funded group health plans. This brought claims training, auditing and supervisory roles of the claims department and the customer service area to her experience. The final role at EBP was plan building and plan design outline for the claims department.
Terri was previously employed with Cigna and Guardian Life Insurance Company of America respectfully.
Born in Milford, New Jersey, Terri now resides in Northampton, PA with her husband and son. She enjoys weight training, spin classes, aquatic fitness and baking.
