Robyn  E. Steltz, Managing Director

Robyn began her employee benefits career with CIGNA after graduating from Shippensburg University in 1988. Her initial responsibilities included processing claims for medical, dental and vision insurance plans. She handled the administration of union welfare plans for Coca Cola Bottlers and transportation companies. Robyn rose to the position of unit leader while at CIGNA overseeing 15 claims examiners.

In 1990 she joined Comprehensive Benefits Services Company as a claims supervisor overseeing 25 claims examiners. In 1992 she became a Client Service Consultant for EBP HealthPlans in Exton, PA. Her responsibilities included plan design consultation, managed care network analysis for multi site employers, implementation of new plans, employee meetings and on site client service support.

In 1997 she joined JP Warner Associates, Inc. As Managing Director she oversees regional and national client accounts and supports the broker community. Her expertise includes plan design and payroll contribution consultation, legislative reviews and paid claim analysis. She supports our clients in the implementation of new plans, market reviews, employee communications, on-going reviews and on site client service.

Robyn was raised in Easton, PA and currently resides in Kimberton, PA. She and her husband David have three children. She is a licensed Accident and Health, Life and Fixed Annuities Agent and is studying to complete her Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation (CEBS). Her personal interests include family time fun, hiking and camping.
