Elizabeth Hollingsworth, Client Service Representative

Elizabeth began her employee benefits career with Reliance Standard, an employee benefits carrier, after graduation from Binghamton University.  Her responsibilities included daily benefit administration of STD, LTD, Life & AD&D for many clients. 

Prior to the employee benefits arena, Elizabeth served six years in the U.S. Army and focused on patient administration, medical records, public sector customer service and support coordination.

In 2004, Elizabeth was hired by Mutual of Omaha, a national carrier of Dental, Life & AD&D, and Disability products. Her responsibilities included the overall management of new client insurance product implementations including the coordination and documentation of tasks associated with each. She also served as a liaison between client contacts and internal departments.

In 2006, Elizabeth joined JP Warner Associates, Inc. as a Client Service Representative, concentrating on customer service and client retention.  Elizabeth helps our clients, participants and their family members with claims resolution, plan design briefing and claims tracking.  

Elizabeth was born in Reading, PA and lives in Royersford, PA with her daughter. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening and spending time with her daughter.
